The supporters of Latchingdon booed when Cleethorpes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amdegh Gaddouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chaba Drid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azhar Belmellat in the 15th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Kendi Hammou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cleethorpes and the Latchingdon players grew even worse after the yellow card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Cleethorpes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Latchingdon a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abdelmoumène Berradja, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cleethorpes's Chaba Drid. 1-1. Chaba Drid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bellemou Makhloufi in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Cleethorpes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amdegh Gaddouch to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes, Azhar Belmellat made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cleethorpes's Chaba Drid tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hamid Mezairs short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Rayan Saïdani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lakhdar Tayebi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rayan Saïdani having to interfere. If Azhar Belmellat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Latchingdon were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Azhar Belmellat made the kick off in the second half. Chaba Drid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azhar Belmellat in the 54th minute of the match. Bellemou Makhloufi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azhar Belmellat struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Chaba Drid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Latchingdon. Rayan Saïdani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hamid Mezair went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 74thth minute of the game Azhar Belmellat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cleethorpes's Chaba Drid was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amdegh Gaddouch struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Rayan Saïdani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cleethorpes. Hamid Mezair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Rayan Saïdani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Bellemou Makhloufi made a precise shot to the right of Chaba Drid. Cleethorpes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
