Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Youssef Zian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Holloway's Ayoub Merdaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Soltani in the 4th minute of play. If Abdellah Lelouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barsa Guessoum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hicham Mammech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Khalida Hamdouds short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Barsa Guessoum to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Amattaken Beaufort hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Holloway's Barsa Guessoum threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hicham Mammech, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20thth minute of the game Hicham Mammech who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Horbury's Barsa Guessoum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hicham Mammech in the 23rd minute of play forced Horbury's goalkeeper Barsa Guessoum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Youssef Zian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayoub Merdaci having to interfere. In the 35th minute Rachid Soltani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayoub Merdaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Holloway's goal looked a bit too open when Youssef Zian came free, but Ayoub Merdaci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Holloway getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Abdellah Lelouch hit a great ball. Youssef Zian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ayoub Merdaci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hicham Mammech to make the kick off. Ayoub Merdaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youssef Zian in the 52nd minute of the match. Hicham Mammech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ayoub Merdaci was a little too slow when Youssef Zian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-1. Barsa Guessoum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hicham Mammech, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Smail Mezdad kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Holloway's goalkeeper Ayoub Merdaci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rachid Soltani. If Youssef Zian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayoub Merdaci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Youssef Zian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Holloway fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Holloway's Khalida Hamdoud looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Horbury defense, Hicham Mammech kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barsa Guessoum. The Horbury fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barsa Guessoum should have stopped the shot. Youssef Zian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ayoub Merdaci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khalida Hamdoud struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Barsa Guessoum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holloway.
