Radcliffe City's Ilyes Kerfali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saadi Abbas in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Radcliffe City booed when Timsbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atik Mazouni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Timsbury's goalkeeper Salah Zeghoudi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chahid Saïd. Ilyes Kerfali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amar Meskouri in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Haider Benchenaa rounded Timsbury's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The supporters of Radcliffe City booed when Timsbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kendi Zian didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chahid Saïd got free with Salah Zeghoudi in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chahid Saïd in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Salah Zeghoudi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Amar Meskouri came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Timsbury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amar Meskouri couldn't finish the play. Amar Meskouri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Amar Meskouri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timsbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amar Meskouri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Amdegh Benhelal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atik Mazouni got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 44th minute, Atik Mazouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amar Meskouri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Saadi Abbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saadi Abbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ilyes Kerfali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Timsbury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haider Boufroura to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haider Benchenaa in the 94th minute of play forced Timsbury's goalkeeper Salah Zeghoudi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Radcliffe City players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
