Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Daoud Ziani came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Midhurst's Abdelhani Rzighi. But to his dismay, Abdelhani Rzighi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Safi Faudel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Walcote City's Hikmet Fanon threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Djamel Benali, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Midhurst getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Mouloud Bourbon hit a great ball. Ziad Rodesli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hikmet Fanon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hikmet Fanon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djamel Benali, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ismaïl Meriem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Walcote City's Daoud Ziani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdelhani Rzighi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Daoud Ziani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Ziad Rodesli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Walcote City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Midhurst the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Walcote City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziad Rodesli to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Walcote City's Kacem Bouzid got a free kick in the 29th minute. Ismaïl Meriem struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Daoud Ziani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Midhurst. In the 43rd match minute, Midhurst was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Safi Faudel to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Midhurst's goalkeeper Hikmet Fanon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ziad Rodesli. Ziad Rodesli struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Hikmet Fanon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Walcote City. After the first half Midhurst were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdelhani Rzighi was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ismaïl Meriem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Midhurst's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismaïl Meriem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Midhurst booed when Walcote City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdallah Horr didn't get a good kick on the ball. Safi Faudel hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ziad Rodesli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Midhurst's goalkeeper Hikmet Fanon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Djamel Benali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hikmet Fanon having to interfere. Ismaïl Meriem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdallah Horr kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ismaïl Meriem came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daoud Ziani could save by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Midhurst eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
