Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mounir Chebli made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Mounir Chebli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Mzali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Taha Kholt came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Runcorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taha Kholt couldn't finish the play. Ammar Badis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florian Merzekane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Runcorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ammar Badis to maneuver through the defense. Ammar Badis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Merzekane having to interfere. When Taha Kholt came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Runcorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taha Kholt couldn't finish the play. Marouane Lacen charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marouane Lacen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Runcorn booed when Mangotsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marouane Lacen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Merzekane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ammar Badis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mangotsfield's Marouane Lacen got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Runcorn's goal looked a bit too open when Mounir Chebli came free, but Adam Mzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ammar Badis to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Runcorn's Ammar Badis got a free kick in the 61st minute. 65 minutes into the match, Mangotsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Ammar Badis came free, but Florian Merzekane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lyes Khendu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Mounir Chebli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the game, one of Mangotsfield:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After having played for 73 minutes, Taha Kholt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Runcorn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taha Kholt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Runcorn's zone, Salim Hansali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Mzali came out of the goal and Salim Hansali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ammar Badis in the 81st minute of play forced Mangotsfield's goalkeeper Florian Merzekane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Runcorn's Taha Kholt got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mangotsfield's Salim Hansali in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Runcorn's goalie prevented a goal. 97 minutes into the match, Runcorn's goal looked a bit too open when Mounir Chebli came free, but Adam Mzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Runcorn played a much better game than Mangotsfield and deserved their victory. The Mangotsfield players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
