One of Mangotsfield:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skegby:s goal. The goalkeeper, Florian Merzekane, was totally fooled by Skegby's Nouredine Morceli, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Salim Hansali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zaïm Barbarossa having to make a save. Mangotsfield's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
