Madjid Karim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Idriss Chebal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alsan Mecherara, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 46 minutes of play, Wallasey United's Alsan Mecherara made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Idriss Chebal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alsan Mecherara to strike the kick off in the second half. Achir Lkbira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Madjid Karim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Alsan Mecherara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Idriss Chebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Achir Lkbira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Snailbeach and Stiperstones City booed when Wallasey United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakim Belkacem didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Achir Lkbira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Madjid Karim was relentless in the 74th minute of the game.
