An unexpectedly hard shot by Bechir Larbes in the 20th minute of play forced Farnham's goalkeeper Hassen Chaib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Windlesham City's zone, Hamid Sennaoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aksil Athbedj came out of the goal and Hamid Sennaoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bechir Larbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farnham's Hassen Chaib proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Farnham from getting a goal against them. If Tahar Berradja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Rafik Deghmani made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Windlesham City's Bechir Larbes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hassen Chaib was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute, Bechir Larbes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Windlesham City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, Windlesham City's goalkeeper Aksil Athbedj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tarik Djebbour. 64 minutes into the match, Windlesham City's goal looked a bit too open when Rafik Deghmani came free, but Aksil Athbedj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Windlesham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hadj Benyamina to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th play minute Tarik Djebbour came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aksil Athbedj. 4-1. Bechir Larbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hassen Chaib. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bechir Larbes ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Windlesham City booed when Farnham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malik Baroudi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Tahar Berradja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Hassen Chaib was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Windlesham City's Anis Ahmed got a free kick in the 88th minute. Rafik Deghmani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aksil Athbedj having to interfere. Farnham's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
