Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lounès Trari started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Potters Bar City's zone, Messaoud Fanon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustapha Mami came out of the goal and Messaoud Fanon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amjad Hanous's late challenge caught a Avebury FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amjad Hanous helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Potters Bar City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amjad Hanous to maneuver through the defense. Abdelmadjid Firoud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Mami having to interfere. Mustapha Mami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Messaoud Fanon, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Abdelmadjid Firoud struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mustapha Mami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avebury FC. In the 13thth minute of the game Messaoud Fanon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Potters Bar City's Mustapha Mami was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amhaws Reddad might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hadi Hamrouche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amhaws Reddad ran back to his position shaking his head. The Potters Bar City fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Potters Bar City's Lounès Trari looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lounès Trari in the 27th minute of play forced Avebury FC's goalkeeper Hadi Hamrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelmadjid Firoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Messaoud Fanon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mustapha Mami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Messaoud Fanon in the 40th minute of play forced Potters Bar City's goalkeeper Mustapha Mami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Avebury FC's Raouf Messaoudi to fire away a dangerous shot which Mustapha Mami despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Avebury FC's zone, Lounès Trari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hadi Hamrouche came out of the goal and Lounès Trari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mustapha Mami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Messaoud Fanon in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Messaoud Fanon to make the kick off. Mustapha Mami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Messaoud Fanon, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Messaoud Fanon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lounès Trari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Amhaws Reddad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potters Bar City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amhaws Reddad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Avebury FC's Abdelmadjid Firoud got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Amhaws Reddad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lounès Trari was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Potters Bar City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Fouhad Merzekane fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potters Bar City's protests and gave Fouhad Merzekane a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Fouhad Merzekane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Messaoud Fanon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Messaoud Fanon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mustapha Mami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
