Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amhaws Kazi-Tani made the kick off which started today's match. Adza Hammad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Farouk Ihaddaden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Azziz Benzaghou in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karim Boutella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adza Hammad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, Accrington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fouad Mami to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Toufik Saâdani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Alsan El Moubarek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meldreth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Accrington the free kick. After a rather tough play, Meldreth's Alsan El Moubarek got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Semah Ouenjelli fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meldreth's protests and gave Semah Ouenjelli a yellow card for diving instead. Abdelkrim Rahmani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Meldreth fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Karim Boutella, was totally fooled by Accrington's Abdelkrim Rahmani, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Adza Hammad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Badda Kheyari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Azziz Benzaghou made a kick off. When Azziz Benzaghou came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Accrington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azziz Benzaghou couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Azziz Benzaghou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karim Boutella was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Farouk Ihaddaden acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amhaws Kazi-Tani. Karim Boutella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azziz Benzaghou in the 58th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Meldreth's zone, Azziz Benzaghou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Boutella came out of the goal and Azziz Benzaghou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Badda Kheyari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Issam Rahmani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meldreth's Adza Hammad managed to work through Accrington's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Adza Hammad dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Azziz Benzaghou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Karim Boutella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Accrington's Farouk Ihaddaden got control of the ball when Adza Hammad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fouad Mami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Boutella having to interfere. In the 89th minute of the match Abdelkrim Rahmani shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karim Boutella showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bahi Benzaghou kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Abdelkrim Rahmani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Meldreth players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Accrington.
