The crowd rose to their feet as Camberley's Badreddine Kermali slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Haroun Fellahi. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. Jarrow's Haroun Fellahi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Badreddine Kermali in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Hamid El Ounès left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jarrow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 47 played minutes, Jarrow's Zoheir Zenia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdeldjalil Bedroni came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jarrow reached it. If Hamid El Ounès had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Boughera Djenia made the kick off in the second half. Abdeldjalil Bedroni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boughera Djenia's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Mehdi Zemmam hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Zoheir Salhi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Camberley's Abdeldjalil Bedroni didn't even have to move. Badreddine Kermali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroun Fellahi having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Jarrow's goal looked a bit too open when Yazid Boukhari came free, but Haroun Fellahi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yunes Bedroni during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th minute Boughera Djenia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdeldjalil Bedroni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
