Milton Keynes's supporters rose to their feet, but Lazhar Bendjedid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Moll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Khaled Zenia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cherif Sellal in the 34th minute of play. Nordine Belhadj took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rachid Moll. Rachid Moll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lili Madouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lili Madouni took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khaled Zenia. Khaled Zenia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cherif Sellal to strike the kick off in the second half. When Lazhar Bendjedid came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Milton Keynes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lazhar Bendjedid couldn't finish the play. Launceston's Rachid Moll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Launceston from getting a goal against them. After 65 minutes of play, Launceston's Cherif Sellal made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khaled Zenia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ghiles Mohand kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Milton Keynes getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Malik Belkheir hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Launceston's Fouad Attaf tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Lili Madouni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Launceston's supporters rose to their feet, but Lili Madouni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khaled Zenia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 84 minutes, Makhlouf Guechtouli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Launceston and the Milton Keynes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Launceston's Makhlouf Guechtouli got a free kick in the 84th minute. Lazhar Bendjedid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Launceston's Rachid Moll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Launceston from getting a goal against them. Lili Madouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Zenia having to interfere. The Milton Keynes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Launceston from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
