The supporters of Meldreth United booed when Bishops Waltham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amellal Zemmouri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ziad Zerouali hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Said Amraoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Samir Benhamou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meldreth United's supporters rose to their feet, but Samir Benhamou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azzedine Souakri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Massoud Foughali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Said Amraoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes of play Meldreth United's Ziad Zerouali was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Said Amraoui during the 29th minute. After 53 played minutes Meldreth United got a freekick which was hit by Samir Benhamou. If Massoud Foughali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdellatif Diafat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Said Amraoui in the 59th minute of the match. Massoud Foughali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdellatif Diafat having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Mansour Assam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abdellatif Diafat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Said Amraoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Massoud Foughali who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meldreth United's Abdellatif Diafat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Massoud Foughali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdellatif Diafat having to interfere. Mansour Assam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 92 minutes, Massoud Foughali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bishops Waltham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Massoud Foughali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Meldreth United's Mansour Assam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Azzedine Souakri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
