Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Afdal Bezzaz started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Elias Zaaf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braintree's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Zaaf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Razi Morceli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute Wellen Zahouania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Razi Morceli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aszar Zidane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wellen Zahouania recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aszar Zidane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 22 minutes, Aszar Zidane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braintree's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aszar Zidane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Antar Baboudji managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Afdal Bezzaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yahia Morceli having to interfere. A collision led to Braintree getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Madhi Allam hit a great ball. Yahia Morceli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afdal Bezzaz's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Razi Morceli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aszar Zidane in the 43rd minute of play. Antar Baboudji could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Yahia Morceli made a huge save. Afdal Bezzaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yahia Morceli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wellen Zahouania to strike the kick off in the second half. Yahia Morceli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Agab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Braintree's Sid Ali Saâdani got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kateb Timsit charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kateb Timsit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, Kateb Timsit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Exmouth FC's Afdal Bezzaz in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Braintree's goalie prevented a goal. Redouane Djenoui was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Exmouth FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Redouane Djenoui hit a great ball. Razi Morceli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wellen Zahouania's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, one of Exmouth FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Braintree. Hikmet Serkadji stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Razi Morceli. 0-3. The Braintree players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
