The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Hamza Saâdi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zahid Sad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Brahmia having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match Mounir Embarek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehdi Brahmia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Hamza Saâdi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Bouziane Arif fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falmouth United's protests and gave Bouziane Arif a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Bouziane Arif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC KADA's Bassi Djenoui got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djafar Ighil in the 43rd minute of play forced Falmouth United's goalkeeper Mehdi Brahmia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Falmouth United's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Merniz came free, but Mehdi Brahmia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mohamed Merniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute, Islam Fechtali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehdi Brahmia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
FC KADA's Fayçal Lacen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akim Dahmane in the 54th minute of play. FC KADA's Islam Fechtali got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mohamed Merniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Bassi Djenoui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mehdi Brahmia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Djamil Bachdjerrah fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falmouth United's protests and gave Djamil Bachdjerrah a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Falmouth United getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Djamil Bachdjerrah hit a great ball. FC KADA's Mohamed Merniz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bassi Djenoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Djafar Ighil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Bassi Djenoui got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bouziane Arif kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Islam Fechtali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, FC KADA's Mohamed Merniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehdi Brahmia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. FC KADA played a much better game than Falmouth United and deserved their victory. The Falmouth United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
