Hafid Chaffaï sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billel Zaâmoucha made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Hafid Chaffaï sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Bermondsey's Billel Zaâmoucha got control of the ball when Hafid Chaffaï tried to sneak it across the goal line. Billel Zaâmoucha made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Hafid Chaffaï sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the game, one of Shepton Mallet:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Shepton Mallet:s Hamdane Nabil showed great skill when he stopped Ismael Meriem:s penalty. In the 45th minute, Chedli Medjiba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billel Damardji was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored Shepton Mallet's protests and gave Amir Soltani a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Shepton Mallet getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Amir Soltani hit a great ball. Ismael Meriem was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Chedli Medjiba was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 81st minute, Hafid Chaffaï got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute Abdellah Rabiâ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billel Zaâmoucha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bermondsey's Billel Zaâmoucha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdellah Rabiâ in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Shepton Mallet booed when Bermondsey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larbi Bouazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
