After a rather tough play, Wymondham City's Abed Rzighi got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Afdal El Ouafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farid Benyoucef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jabar Menia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Faudel Bachtarzi. Sid Ahmed Embarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdeldjalil Hadjadj, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Bilal Bedroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdeldjalil Hadjadj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abdeldjalil Hadjadj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sid Ahmed Embarek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdeldjalil Hadjadj got free with Sid Ahmed Embarek in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jabar Menia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilal Bedroni in the 97th minute of play.
