An unexpectedly hard shot by Yassine Kherchi in the 66th minute of play forced Wymondham City's goalkeeper Sid Ahmed Embarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Wymondham City and the Alston FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Alston FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wymondham City's performance. The match ended with a win for Wymondham City.
