Fateh Kensi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azzouz Hamyane in the 8th minute of play forced Soho AFC's goalkeeper Fateh Kensi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Soho AFC's Ali Bendjedid got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Otman Ayachi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Naïm Allam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lotfi Kosbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naïm Allam blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saber Arouani having to make a save. Lotfi Kosbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Saber Arouani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otman Ayachi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fateh Kensi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Stanway United booed when Soho AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelhalim Fadela didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Stanway United's Azzouz Hamyane slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fateh Kensi. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. Stanway United's Saber Arouani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naïm Allam in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Lamine Meskine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saber Arouani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naïm Allam, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Otman Ayachi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilian Raho hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Otman Ayachi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fateh Kensi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Lotfi Kosbi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lotfi Kosbi to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lotfi Kosbi in the 53rd minute of play forced Stanway United's goalkeeper Saber Arouani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Naïm Allam notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Stanway United's Saber Arouani. Saber Arouani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Otman Ayachi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fateh Kensi having to interfere. Yacine Yahlali charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yacine Yahlali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Soho AFC got a freekick which was hit by Yacine Yahlali. Azzouz Hamyane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fateh Kensi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otman Ayachi in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otman Ayachi in the 80th minute of play forced Soho AFC's goalkeeper Fateh Kensi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Otman Ayachi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Naïm Allam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Stanway United's zone, Lotfi Kosbi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saber Arouani came out of the goal and Lotfi Kosbi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Stanway United's goalkeeper Saber Arouani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naïm Allam. 99 minutes into the game, Ali Bendjedid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soho AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stanway United the free kick. After 100 played minutes Soho AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ali Bendjedid. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Stanway United were victorious despite being under pressure from Soho AFC for much of the match.
