Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Farid Zemirli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 44 minutes into the game, Madhi Megharia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norton Radstock City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romford FC the free kick. In the 44th minute, Madhi Megharia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romford FC's Dida Merdaci couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Norton Radstock City. In the 47th minute, Ahmis Abdelkrim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romford FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Hocine Hamyane charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hocine Hamyane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Hocine Hamyane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Romford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frawsen El Ghazi came free, but Farid Zemirli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmis Abdelkrim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Aydril Yahi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Amine Ighil fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norton Radstock City's protests and gave Amine Ighil a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Norton Radstock City got a freekick which was hit by Amine Ighil. The audience was convinced that Meziane Boufroura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aydril Yahi was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. If Frawsen El Ghazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amar Saâdallah during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Romford FC booed when Norton Radstock City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frawsen El Ghazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aydril Yahi came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Romford FC's Ahmis Abdelkrim. But to his dismay, Ahmis Abdelkrim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Hikmet Benguedoudj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Zemirli having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hikmet Benguedoudj in the 86th minute of play forced Romford FC's goalkeeper Farid Zemirli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Romford FC's Meziane Boufroura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aydril Yahi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Norton Radstock City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Romford FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Romford FC.
