Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amar Harkati started the match with the kick off. Yannis Menia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fateh Benali having to interfere. Fateh Benali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amar Harkati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raouf Sandjak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Aziz Daoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aziz Daoud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walid Hammou in the 17th minute. Ketta Guergour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fateh Benali having to interfere. In the 25th minute of the match Ibrahim Laref sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fateh Benali skillfully saved the ball. If Yannis Menia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rainham's Yannis Menia got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walid Hammou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Aziz Daoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fateh Benali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannis Menia in the 35th minute of play. Aziz Daoud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raouf Sandjak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Amar Harkati left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rainham fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raouf Sandjak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raouf Sandjak in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aziz Daoud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raouf Sandjak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Aziz Daoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Hornsea City's goal looked a bit too open when Amar Harkati came free, but Fateh Benali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibrahim Laref hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Raouf Sandjak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Daoud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Hornsea City booed when Rainham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ketta Guergour didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raouf Sandjak came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Hornsea City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raouf Sandjak couldn't finish the play. Aziz Daoud didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raouf Sandjak went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes, Benamar Balaid mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rainham and the Hornsea City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benamar Balaid hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walid Hammou in the 88th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Aziz Daoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aziz Daoud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walid Hammou in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Hornsea City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsan Messai to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raouf Sandjak in the 96th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Aziz Daoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rainham players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hornsea City from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
