The supporters of Millbrook booed when Harwich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamid Metref didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mabrouk Zaghrani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Makhlouf Menguellet in the 6th minute of the match. Haggi Chedda hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Millbrook's Dassi Ziani shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mabrouk Zaghrani but with some difficulty. Mabrouk Zaghrani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makhlouf Menguellet, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Dassi Ziani kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Mekki Zahouania took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Idriss Aggoune. Millbrook's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mabrouk Zaghrani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makhlouf Menguellet, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Makhlouf Menguellet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabrouk Zaghrani having to interfere. Harwich's Mabrouk Zaghrani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Harwich from getting a goal against them. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Millbrook's goal looked a bit too open when Badr Sadmi came free, but Idriss Aggoune reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samir Bessou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Samir Bessou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samir Bessou in the 61st minute of play forced Millbrook's goalkeeper Idriss Aggoune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Millbrook's Youssef Boulahfane got a free kick in the 61st minute. Millbrook's Idriss Aggoune proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Millbrook from getting a goal against them. Badr Sadmi struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Idriss Aggoune didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harwich. After 65 minutes of play Harwich's Hamid Metref was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 66 played minutes Harwich got a freekick which was hit by Hamid Metref. After having played for 76 minutes, Makhlouf Menguellet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Millbrook's supporters crossed their fingers, but Makhlouf Menguellet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bakezda Bendali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabrouk Zaghrani having to interfere.
