Knaresborough's Florian Bouraada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Knaresborough from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Knaresborough's Bakki Kosbi got a free kick in the 9th minute. Badda Soumati hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Ayachi Khaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sutton on Sea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayachi Khaldi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baligh Fadhil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdechahid Harkati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Abdelmadjid Cherrad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bakki Kosbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ayachi Khaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sutton on Sea's supporters rose to their feet, but Ayachi Khaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florian Bouraada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayachi Khaldi in the 39th minute of play forced Knaresborough's goalkeeper Florian Bouraada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ayachi Khaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Sutton on Sea's Ayachi Khaldi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Bouraada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Baligh Fadhil managed to get in a good position for a shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ayachi Khaldi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Knaresborough's goal looked a bit too open when Ayachi Khaldi came free, but Florian Bouraada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamid Sermadji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Florian Bouraada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Hamid Sermadji made a precise shot to the right of Florian Bouraada. Knaresborough's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sutton on Sea's zone, Baligh Fadhil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdechahid Harkati came out of the goal and Baligh Fadhil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sutton on Sea's Abdechahid Harkati proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sutton on Sea from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sutton on Sea booed when Knaresborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Razi Dib didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Sutton on Sea were the better team. Sutton on Sea's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
