Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evaristo Zamora made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Marcelo Sá was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF Valentes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berkhamsted the free kick. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CF Valentes! The referee gave Berkhamsted a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Quim Moco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CF Valentes's Alda Almeida. 0-1. Hélio Serineu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evaristo Zamora's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Teta Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Alda Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teta Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Evaristo Zamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Serineu having to interfere. Evaristo Zamora was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. CF Valentes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Vítor Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Serineu having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Carlos Firmino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, CF Valentes's Hélio Lima Clemente got a free kick in the 51st minute. Berkhamsted's Quim Moco couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CF Valentes. 57 minutes into the game, João Carlos Malheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berkhamsted's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF Valentes the free kick. After a rather tough play, Berkhamsted's João Carlos Malheiro got a free kick in the 57th minute. Hélio Serineu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Zamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Hélio Serineu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evaristo Zamora's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The supporters of CF Valentes booed when Berkhamsted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Ericeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélio Serineu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Zamora in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Sá in the 76th minute of play forced Berkhamsted's goalkeeper Hélio Serineu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Serineu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Berkhamsted's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Sá came free, but Hélio Serineu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélio Serineu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Sá in the 90th minute of play. If Vítor Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
