Nuno Manarte made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 25thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Hernani Correia would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 27th minute of the match Primatas FC got a corner. Desert Fury's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel De Matos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hernani Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Caetano in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Amado in the 43rd minute of play forced Primatas FC's goalkeeper Marílio Amado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Primatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Dos Santos. In the 47th minute of the match Nuno Ramos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marílio Amado skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Afonso Amado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Primatas FC's Henrique Caetano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hernani Correia came out of the goal and Miguel De Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Desert Fury's goal looked a bit too open when Custódio Jacinto came free, but Hernani Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Manarte's late challenge caught a Desert Fury's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Manarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd match minute, Primatas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Manarte to maneuver through the defense. Primatas FC's Marílio Amado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Ramos in the 64th minute of play. Hernani Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Primatas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
