Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Allan Shongwe made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Beledale got a freekick which was hit by Mpenza Thompson. 6 minutes into the game, Allan Shongwe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mando Dube. Allan Shongwe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Shumani Khomane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Konza in the 9th minute of play. Charles Serage's late challenge caught a Beledale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charles Serage helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Blenheim's Charles Serage got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mando Dube was a little too slow when Allan Shongwe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Allan Shongwe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute Allan Shongwe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mando Dube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mando Dube took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Mathibe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norman Mathibe struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mando Dube didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blenheim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Serage in the 32nd minute of play forced Beledale's goalkeeper Mando Dube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norman Mathibe got free with Mando Dube in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes in the game, Allan Shongwe fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mando Dube having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Allan Shongwe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mando Dube, 3-0. A hard shot 44 in the game by Norman Mathibe from a close distance when the talented Mando Dube managed to make a qualified save. Beledale's players were relieved. Akil Webb kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Stanton Madiya made a great header on Blenheim's corner, it was just that Beledale's Mando Dube managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismail Khumalo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Shongwe in the 56th minute of play forced Beledale's goalkeeper Mando Dube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Allan Shongwe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mando Dube was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Ismail Khumalo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shumani Khomane, 3-1. After 82 played minutes Blenheim got a freekick which was hit by Allan Shongwe. Norman Mathibe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mando Dube tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Beledale defense, Norman Mathibe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mando Dube. The Beledale fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mando Dube should have stopped the shot. Mando Dube took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Mathibe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
