Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Highlanders FC's Thabile Thobejane started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Thabile Thobejane came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Highlanders FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thabile Thobejane couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Highlanders FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sam Mabele hit a great ball. If Niek Scheffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thabile Thobejane's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 石国德 firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nazeer Tshabalala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Matias Piearres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delron Thembe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nazeer Tshabalala in the 15th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, QwaningA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazeer Tshabalala to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind QwaningA's goalkeeper 石国德, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Delron Thembe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niek Scheffer in the 36th minute of the match. Petru Buculeasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. 石国德 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Highlanders FC's Johann Inguana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 石国德. 石国德 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 45th minute, Matias Piearres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Johann Inguana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Buculeasa in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 石国德 saved QwaningA from getting behind. Thabile Thobejane took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 石国德. 石国德 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Highlanders FC's zone, Matias Piearres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delron Thembe came out of the goal and Matias Piearres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sam Mabele during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Highlanders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Mabele to maneuver through the defense. Petru Buculeasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. 石国德 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Highlanders FC's Delron Thembe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Highlanders FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Highlanders FC's Delron Thembe got control of the ball when Matias Piearres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matias Piearres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Delron Thembe made a huge save. Matias Piearres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 石国德 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Buculeasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes QwaningA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thabile Thobejane who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Highlanders FC's Lesego Tembe getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vuyo Etafia during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to QwaningA getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Vuyo Etafia hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes, Highlanders FC's Freddie Tshabalala shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 石国德 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Highlanders FC reached it. When the referee ended the match the Highlanders FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
