Tomáš Galoša kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Oto Mitro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Nitra FC's Matej Benický got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 14 minutes of play, Lada's Peter Ošanec made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Lukáč was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Lada's goal looked a bit too open when Zdeno Sabadoš came free, but 齐钢希 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when Lada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomáš Galoša didn't get a good kick on the ball. 齐钢希 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Adamek in the 23rd minute of the match. Lada's Peter Ošanec got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, Nitra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdeno Sabadoš to maneuver through the defense. Peter Ošanec in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erik Lukáč, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bohuslav Šišmiš got free with Erik Lukáč in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Nitra FC's zone, Peter Ošanec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Lukáč came out of the goal and Peter Ošanec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the game, Nitra FC's Vladimír Martinec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 齐钢希 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 齐钢希 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimír Martinec in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Lada's goal looked a bit too open when Matej Benický came free, but 齐钢希 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oto Mitro to make the kick off. 齐钢希 came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nitra FC's Gabriel Adamek. But to his dismay, Gabriel Adamek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdeno Sabadoš got free with 齐钢希 in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Lada booed when Nitra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Adamek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th match minute, Lada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Ošanec to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Nitra FC's Gabriel Mikuš got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Oto Mitro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 齐钢希 came out and tried to block the shot, but Oto Mitro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Lada's Matúš Cigler got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Martin Ihnačák came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Nitra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Ihnačák couldn't finish the play. With 86 minutes on the clock, Tomáš Galoša commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 91st minute, Bohuslav Šišmiš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Sakis Efthimis notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Nitra FC's Erik Lukáč. Erik Lukáč was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the game, Sakis Efthimis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nitra FC the free kick. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when Lada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakis Efthimis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Lukáč showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sakis Efthimis in the 98th minute of the match. The Nitra FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nitra FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
