Buzitka's Ľubomír Čert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Slanička in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes in the game, Erik Slanička fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ľubomír Čert having to interfere. Ľubomír Čert made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Antón Rybnický sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Buzitka booed when Piskorovce FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marián Drozd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Mesároš kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Miroslav Urdák didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Marián Drozd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piskorovce FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buzitka the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piskorovce FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Erik Slanička managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piskorovce FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Slanička was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ľubomír Čert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erik Slanička sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ľubomír Čert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Slanička, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Slanička stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peter Mesároš's late challenge caught a Piskorovce FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Mesároš helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Buzitka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Mesároš to maneuver through the defense. Erik Slanička received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ľubomír Čert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antón Rybnický in the 59th minute of play forced Buzitka's goalkeeper Ľubomír Čert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Antón Rybnický shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ľubomír Čert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Slanička during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Piskorovce FK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Erik Slanička hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Piskorovce FK's zone, Peter Jakubiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jergus Koštialik came out of the goal and Peter Jakubiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Buzitka. Martin Šimko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jergus Koštialik. 2-2. Antón Rybnický fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ľubomír Čert having to interfere. Ľubomír Čert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Slanička in the 85th minute of the match. Antón Rybnický struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Ľubomír Čert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piskorovce FK. Ľubomír Čert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antón Rybnický in the 89th minute of play. If Antón Rybnický had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Piskorovce FK's zone, Peter Jakubiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jergus Koštialik came out of the goal and Peter Jakubiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antón Rybnický fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ľubomír Čert having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
