Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) If Marek Šindler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marek Šindler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Šimko having to interfere. Miroslav Šimko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Šindler in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd of the match, Marek Šindler tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Miroslav Šimko got in the way and made a wonderful save. Miroslav Šimko was a little too slow when Marek Šindler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Urmince getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Stano Adamek hit a great ball. Gabriel Moravčík recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Stano Adamek fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urmince's protests and gave Stano Adamek a yellow card for diving instead. Viktor Božok received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Miroslav Šimko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The goalkeeper, Miroslav Šimko, was totally fooled by Urmince's Tomáš Morvay, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Marek Šindler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marek Šindler to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Livov FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomáš Morvay was slow to take the kick. During this time Urmince's players had a chance to rest. Ivan Jurík was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Urmince's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Ľubomír Kazár scored to the left of an out of position Peter Fedorík, making the score, 2-1. Urmince's Peter Fedorík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ľubomír Kazár in the 66th minute of play. Marek Šindler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Miroslav Šimko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Livov FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ctibor Pápay to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Marek Šindler sped through Livov FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miroslav Šimko. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Šindler during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marek Šindler kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ľubomír Kazár in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Fedorík prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Livov FK's Aurel Gabrieň got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ľubomír Kazár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Peter Fedorík tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurel Gabrieň scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peter Fedorík, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Livov FK's Peter Fedorík threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ľubomír Kazár, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aurel Gabrieň blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Fedorík having to make a save. In the 95th match minute, Livov FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ctibor Pápay to maneuver through the defense. Urmince's Tomáš Morvay couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Livov FK.
