After a rather tough play, San Miguel's Richard Landl got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Peter Sulík hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Ivan Trišč blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stanislav Hýll having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matúš Krištofík during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. San Miguel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Trišč was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miroslav Backo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matúš Lengyel saved San Miguel from getting behind. San Miguel's Ivan Trišč got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rohov FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Hýll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of San Miguel booed when Rohov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslav Lazár didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Trišč recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Jozef Chmura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matúš Lengyel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislav Hýll made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Trišč in the 80th minute. After 83 minutes of play, Rohov FC's Teodor Regecký made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matúš Lengyel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Rohov FC's zone, Ivan Trišč stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislav Hýll came out of the goal and Ivan Trišč tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Dušan Maršálek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teodor Regecký kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, San Miguel's Matúš Krištofík sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stanislav Hýll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Ľubomír Ráchela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matúš Lengyel. San Miguel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ľubomír Ráchela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Matúš Lengyel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Backo, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rohov FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while San Miguel had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
