Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ladislav Pastor kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Reca's zone, Tibor Bačkor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alojz Halgoš came out of the goal and Tibor Bačkor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tibor Bačkor scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alojz Halgoš, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tibor Bačkor struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Alojz Halgoš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lentvora. 18 minutes into the game, Tibor Očipa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lentvora the free kick. The supporters of Lentvora booed when Reca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Očipa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibor Bačkor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alojz Halgoš having to make a save. Tibor Bačkor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alojz Halgoš having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, Lentvora's František Šimonovič made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alojz Halgoš was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Reca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lentvora:s goal. Reca's Alojz Halgoš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibor Bačkor in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Tibor Bačkor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alojz Halgoš. Reca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tibor Bačkor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When Erik Sopka fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reca's protests and gave Erik Sopka a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tibor Bačkor made a kick off. Tibor Bačkor succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. After a rather tough play, Reca's Tibor Očipa got a free kick in the 55th minute. Reca's Alojz Halgoš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Šimonovič in the 56th minute of play. Alojz Kollár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Mašša, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Alojz Kollár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislav Pastor in the 63rd minute of play. Peter Mašša received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alojz Kollár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Peter Mašša shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alojz Kollár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Lentvora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Lomnický to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Tibor Bačkor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Alojz Halgoš was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Reca defense, Peter Lomnický kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alojz Halgoš. The Reca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alojz Halgoš should have stopped the shot. Alojz Halgoš made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Tibor Bačkor sent off a good shot on target. Peter Lomnický could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Alojz Halgoš made a huge save. Tibor Bačkor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alojz Halgoš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lentvora's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
