If Peter Seno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Stanislav Podhradský fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Stano Závodský, passed just outside the right post. Tomáš Nový stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Seno's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Tomáš Nový took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Seno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Ladislav Galbavý sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and OFK Mokrý Háj's Tomáš Nový didn't even have to move. If Peter Seno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bohuslav Grenčík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Stano Závodský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Vališ in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Vališ in the 57th minute of play forced Strekov's goalkeeper Stano Závodský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bohuslav Grenčík fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Nový having to interfere. Tomáš Nový took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Seno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Strekov's Stano Závodský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Vališ in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in OFK Mokrý Háj's zone, Peter Seno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomáš Nový came out of the goal and Peter Seno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, OFK Mokrý Háj's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Seno came free, but Tomáš Nový reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Seno in the 75th minute of play forced OFK Mokrý Háj's goalkeeper Tomáš Nový to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomáš Nový was a little too slow when Peter Seno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-1. Stanislav Podhradský fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stano Závodský having to interfere. The Strekov players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented OFK Mokrý Háj from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
