Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gică Negrescu started the match with the kick off. Marek Starý made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Negrescu in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ondrej Kovaľčík in the 7th minute of play forced FC Budmerice's goalkeeper Jozef Špilár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes FC Budmerice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Róbert Palúch who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Brusno's Erik Ďurica got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marek Starý showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matej Lipovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Gică Negrescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marek Starý was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. When Gabriel Kresák came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Brusno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Kresák couldn't finish the play. Gică Negrescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marek Starý came out and tried to block the shot, but Gică Negrescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. Marek Starý showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Sekeráš, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, FC Budmerice's Gică Negrescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Starý narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gică Negrescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Marek Starý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gică Negrescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Starý having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Gică Negrescu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marek Starý was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gică Negrescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Kresák was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, FC Budmerice's Gică Negrescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marek Starý was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gică Negrescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 58 played minutes Brusno got a freekick which was hit by Michal Kočiš. After having played for 62 minutes, Gică Negrescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Budmerice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gică Negrescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC Budmerice booed when Brusno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrej Boroš didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Gică Negrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Starý saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Karol Sekeráš notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Brusno's Marek Starý. Marek Starý was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Budmerice made a substitution. Vladislav Rataj replaced Gică Negrescu. FC Budmerice's Vladislav Rataj got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91stth minute of the game Vladislav Rataj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brusno's Marek Starý was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matej Lipovský recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the FC Budmerice players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
