Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislav Lenický in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marek Bega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marián Gergeľ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Bega having to interfere. FC Rafajovce's Ľubomír Kazár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Harmanec in the 15th minute of play. With his leg Marek Bega managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when FC Rafajovce's Stanislav Lenický fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 18 minutes, Marek Harmanec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nové Zámky and the FC Rafajovce players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nové Zámky's goalkeeper Marek Bega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Marek Bega managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when FC Rafajovce's Stanislav Lenický fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 21 minutes, Martin Husák mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nové Zámky and the FC Rafajovce players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Stanislav Lenický sped through Nové Zámky's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marek Bega. Nové Zámky's Marek Bega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juraj Nemček in the 30th minute of play. A hard shot 35 in the game by Stanislav Lenický from a close distance when the talented Marek Bega managed to make a qualified save. Nové Zámky's players were relieved. Jergus Malina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Harmanec scored 3-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ľubomír Kazár, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ľubomír Kazár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Husák in the 42nd minute of play. Marek Bega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislav Lenický in the 43rd minute of the match. A hard shot 46 in the game by Stanislav Lenický from a close distance when the talented Marek Bega managed to make a qualified save. Nové Zámky's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Ľubomír Kazár made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radovan Cifra in the 53rd minute. Marek Bega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislav Lenický in the 58th minute of the match. Radovan Cifra's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ľubomír Kazár firmly grabbed it by the left post. When FC Rafajovce's Stanislav Lenický in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marek Bega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislav Lenický, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juraj Nemček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marek Bega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanislav Lenický struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Marek Bega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rafajovce. After having played for 78 minutes, Oskar Jamnický managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Rafajovce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Jamnický was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcel Hurray hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Radovan Cifra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ľubomír Kazár. FC Rafajovce's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radovan Cifra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. With a little luck, FC Rafajovce's Ľubomír Kazár got control of the ball when Radovan Cifra tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stanislav Lenický's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marek Bega was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. 96 minutes into the game, Marek Harmanec recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ľubomír Kazár. Marek Harmanec showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-4. FC Rafajovce were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Nové Zámky to leave the ground with a draw.
