Ivan Čanecký fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Papp having to interfere. Jakub Soboňa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Kuba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Cifer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viktor Andrejkovič was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Vincent Papp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žigmund Briestenský in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Matej Kuba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jakub Soboňa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Viktor Andrejkovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jakub Soboňa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Papp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Čanecký's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Vincent Papp came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cifer's Ivan Čanecký. But to his dismay, Ivan Čanecký quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 40 minutes into the match, Padarovce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Drotár came free, but Vincent Papp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dušan Drotár took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincent Papp. Vincent Papp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to FC Cifer getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dušan Drotár hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Ivan Čanecký ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vincent Papp was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Žigmund Briestenský made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dušan Drotár got free with Vincent Papp in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vincent Papp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Žigmund Briestenský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ladislav Bubán during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Padarovce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislav Bubán to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute of the match Marek Cvengroš sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Papp skillfully saved the ball. If Ivan Čanecký had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Žigmund Briestenský was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. FC Cifer's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 64 minutes of play, FC Cifer's Ivan Čanecký made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincent Papp was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Padarovce FC defense, Ivan Čanecký kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincent Papp. The Padarovce FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincent Papp should have stopped the shot. FC Cifer's Jakub Soboňa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Andrejkovič in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matej Kuba in the 86th minute of play forced FC Cifer's goalkeeper Jakub Soboňa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vincent Papp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Žigmund Briestenský, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ivan Čanecký sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Žigmund Briestenský received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vincent Papp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Andrejkovič took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jakub Soboňa. Jakub Soboňa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-5. The Padarovce FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Cifer were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
