Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Slavomir Gyure made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Vajnory FK booed when Opoj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norian Kusnier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Michal Chaban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alojz Cesnek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibor Podracký in the 6th minute of play. Alojz Cesnek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tibor Podracký went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alojz Cesnek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tibor Podracký's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Opoj's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Podracký came free, but Alojz Cesnek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Chaban in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alojz Cesnek saved Opoj from getting behind. When Norian Kusnier fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Opoj's protests and gave Norian Kusnier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Opoj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norian Kusnier to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Radek Nedorost hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Kračún made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norian Kusnier in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Michal Chaban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vajnory FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Michal Chaban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alojz Cesnek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Opoj's zone, Matej Lukavský stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alojz Cesnek came out of the goal and Matej Lukavský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alojz Cesnek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Chaban in the 39th minute of the match. Vajnory FK's Michal Chaban got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vladimír Šebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alojz Cesnek having to interfere. After the first half Vajnory FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 55 minutes, Alojz Kovasevic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Opoj and the Vajnory FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Opoj! Norian Kusnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Kračún having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Marián Mareš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vajnory FK and the Opoj players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marián Mareš hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Opoj getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Radomir Ondrejcik hit a great ball. Vladimír Šebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Alojz Cesnek made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Chaban in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alojz Cesnek saved Opoj from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Michal Chaban got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Opoj fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vajnory FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
