Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alben Florijančič made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Đerat Mikluž during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Đerat Mikluž hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ND Mozirje's Tugomir Vatovec got a free kick in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilijan Tepe in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Savin Kosem saved Žirovnica ND from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Meta Rigač got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savin Kosem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meta Rigač in the 18th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Senad Tavčar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ND Mozirje fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Žirovnica ND's Alben Florijančič in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ND Mozirje's goalie prevented a goal. After 29 minutes of play, ND Mozirje's Emilijan Tepe made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Savin Kosem was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amon Marn hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Meta Rigač received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Savin Kosem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Savin Kosem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilijan Tepe in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, ND Mozirje's Meta Rigač nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Savin Kosem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Meta Rigač received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Savin Kosem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half ND Mozirje were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Đerat Mikluž was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 51 minutes had been played. 56 minutes into the game, ND Mozirje's Meta Rigač nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Savin Kosem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 61st minute, Adriano Grah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Savin Kosem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilijan Tepe's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Alben Florijančič managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Žirovnica ND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alben Florijančič was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Meta Rigač recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilijan Tepe in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Savin Kosem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilijan Tepe in the 74th minute of play forced Žirovnica ND's goalkeeper Savin Kosem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 minutes, Alben Florijančič mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Žirovnica ND and the ND Mozirje players grew even worse after the yellow card. Savin Kosem was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amon Marn. In the 86th minute Tjaš Malešič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savin Kosem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ND Mozirje's Emilijan Tepe got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Anis Šoštarič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Meta Rigač had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ND Mozirje booed when Žirovnica ND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klavdi Gomboc didn't get a good kick on the ball.
