Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mentor Bubnič took the kick off in the first half of the match. Theo Stanič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without RaÅ¡id Jevnikar having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Mentor Bubnič recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Pann. Mentor Bubnič showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 14th minute, Patrik Birk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Đino Penca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Nafta 1903's supporters crossed their fingers, but Đino Penca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Grad MNK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorjano Gnezda to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Pann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Birk in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Goce Ferjan got free with Manuel Pann in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, NK Nafta 1903's Jerko Gosar got a free kick in the 25th minute. Manuel Pann acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Narayan Å ivak. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Mateo Srakar managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK Nafta 1903's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Srakar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. RaÅ¡id Jevnikar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Theo Stanič struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. RaÅ¡id Jevnikar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Nafta 1903. A collision led to Grad MNK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Goce Ferjan hit a great ball. When NK Nafta 1903's Theo Stanič in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grad MNK's goalie prevented a goal. Mentor Bubnič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Grad MNK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NK Nafta 1903 were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Theo Stanič made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, NK Nafta 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Srakar to maneuver through the defense. Theo Stanič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without RaÅ¡id Jevnikar having to interfere. Mateo Srakar struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. RaÅ¡id Jevnikar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Nafta 1903. Theo Stanič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to NK Nafta 1903 getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Đino Penca hit a great ball. When Julij Peternel fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NK Nafta 1903's protests and gave Julij Peternel a yellow card for diving instead. If Theo Stanič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Grad MNK booed when NK Nafta 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valen Keber didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Mateo Srakar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes NK Nafta 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Jerko Gosar. NK Nafta 1903 played a much better game than Grad MNK and deserved their victory. The Grad MNK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
