Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabio Kogovšek kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Oplotnica ND's Mihail Tahirović got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alaga Vevcar in the 8th minute of play forced Stična's goalkeeper Horst Krope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes, Theo Brinšek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stična and the Oplotnica ND players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Stična was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Brinšek to maneuver through the defense. Mihail Tahirović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonz Velej received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mesud Pavšek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alaga Vevcar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Oplotnica ND's goalkeeper Mesud Pavšek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonz Velej. Mesud Pavšek made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Alfonz Velej sent off a good shot on target. Stojan Arko kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Oplotnica ND's goalkeeper Mesud Pavšek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonz Velej. Stična's Horst Krope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alaga Vevcar in the 44th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Stična got a freekick which was hit by Dragiša Pečevnik. After having played for 48 minutes, Alaga Vevcar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oplotnica ND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alaga Vevcar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Stična's Horst Krope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Tahirović in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, Stična was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragiša Pečevnik to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Mihail Tahirović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oplotnica ND's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihail Tahirović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horst Krope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alaga Vevcar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horst Krope having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Stična was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Brinšek to maneuver through the defense. Horst Krope was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mihail Tahirović showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 68 minute of play. If Mihail Tahirović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfonz Velej recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alaga Vevcar got free with Horst Krope in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stična's Alfonz Velej got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Stična getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Franc Vukan hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Oplotnica ND's Jaša Smrtnik tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute Fabio Kogovšek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mesud Pavšek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihail Tahirović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Oplotnica ND eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
