Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alojz Prevodnik took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dževad Urh hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Val Žaberl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bastian Volmut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Čedo Mikuž showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alojz Prevodnik in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zvonimir Cof got free with Čedo Mikuž in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Val Žaberl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mislinja MNK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 25th minute Matko Krebelj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Volmut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Miladin Karaibrahimović fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Podvelka ND's protests and gave Miladin Karaibrahimović a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Val Žaberl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mislinja MNK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Val Žaberl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matko Krebelj in the 31st minute of play forced Podvelka ND's goalkeeper Bastian Volmut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bastian Volmut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Val Žaberl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37thth minute of the game Matko Krebelj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Podvelka ND's Bastian Volmut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zvonimir Cof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Čedo Mikuž having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Val Žaberl in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bastian Volmut saved Podvelka ND from getting behind. Bastian Volmut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matko Krebelj in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Mislinja MNK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Val Žaberl made a kick off. If Val Žaberl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Matko Krebelj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Borinc during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mislinja MNK getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Stanislav Borinc hit a great ball. Bastian Volmut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matko Krebelj in the 59th minute. If Alojz Prevodnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zvonimir Cof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Čedo Mikuž having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Mislinja MNK's goal looked a bit too open when Alojz Prevodnik came free, but Čedo Mikuž reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Mislinja MNK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petar Kroflič to maneuver through the defense. Zvonimir Cof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 94 played minutes, Mislinja MNK's Mai Friškovec shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bastian Volmut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mislinja MNK reached it. Val Žaberl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bastian Volmut having to make a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mislinja MNK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
