Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Val Žaberl took the kick off in the first half of the match. Stanislav Borinc hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Val Žaberl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mislinja MNK's supporters rose to their feet, but Val Žaberl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daš Seliškar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bekir Vrančić struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Čedo Mikuž didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Najači. After a rather tough play, Mislinja MNK's Stanislav Borinc got a free kick in the 11th minute. Mislinja MNK's Čedo Mikuž played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milanko Prašnikar in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Mislinja MNK's Val Žaberl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Bekir Vrančić, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 23 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Čedo Mikuž was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 2-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Val Žaberl elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mislinja MNK's Čedo Mikuž played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milanko Prašnikar in the 30th minute of play. Matko Krebelj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Daš Seliškar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Val Žaberl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daš Seliškar. That made the score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. Milanko Prašnikar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Čedo Mikuž having to interfere. The supporters of NK Najači booed when Mislinja MNK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislav Borinc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 minutes of play, NK Najači's Bekir Vrančić made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Čedo Mikuž was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daš Seliškar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

When Matko Krebelj came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Mislinja MNK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matko Krebelj couldn't finish the play. Bekir Vrančić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miodrag Okoren kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Slovenko Strelec struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Čedo Mikuž didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Najači. 67 minutes into the match, NK Najači's goal looked a bit too open when Matko Krebelj came free, but Daš Seliškar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daš Seliškar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matko Krebelj in the 77th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Milanko Prašnikar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NK Najači fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in Mislinja MNK's zone, Milanko Prašnikar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Čedo Mikuž came out of the goal and Milanko Prašnikar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Val Žaberl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daš Seliškar. NK Najači's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Val Žaberl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. In the 97th minute, Val Žaberl made a precise shot to the right of Daš Seliškar. NK Najači's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. NK Najači's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
