Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jezersko's Mirando Škrabec started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Mirando Škrabec fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vitodrag Papinutti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Jevrem Damjan made a huge save. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jezersko's goalkeeper Sašo Jelenc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jovan Polšak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sašo Jelenc having to interfere. In the 18th minute Aleksander Vasič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sašo Jelenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Selnica ob Dravi ND's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mirando Škrabec fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Vitodrag Papinutti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jezersko's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitodrag Papinutti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jevrem Damjan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mirando Škrabec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Sašo Jelenc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selnica ob Dravi ND. Jevrem Damjan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirando Škrabec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, Selnica ob Dravi ND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emir Rikanović to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Jezersko's Mitja Šoster broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Vitodrag Papinutti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jevrem Damjan having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 44th minute when Leonard Flis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Flis in the 47th minute of play forced Jezersko's goalkeeper Sašo Jelenc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Jezersko players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Selnica ob Dravi ND were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Aleksander Vasič made the kick off in the second half. Vitodrag Papinutti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jevrem Damjan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Selnica ob Dravi ND getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Aldian Dermelj hit a great ball. If Vitodrag Papinutti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Matej Štamcar fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jezersko's protests and gave Matej Štamcar a yellow card for diving instead. Matej Štamcar kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jezersko's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boyan Jokić was slow to take the kick. During this time Selnica ob Dravi ND's players had a chance to rest. 72 minutes into the match, Selnica ob Dravi ND's Aleksander Vasič sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sašo Jelenc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sašo Jelenc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Vasič, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jezersko booed when Selnica ob Dravi ND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jovan Polšak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Jezersko's Mitja Šoster tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Flis got free with Sašo Jelenc in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Selnica ob Dravi ND getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jovan Polšak hit a great ball. The Selnica ob Dravi ND supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Selnica ob Dravi ND would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
