Dagmar Pezdir kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Miroslav Juhant charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miroslav Juhant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Velike Lašče's Slaviša Jerman tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Velike Lašče's Egidio Vidrgar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadil Japelj in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Velike Lašče getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Zoran Štrukelj hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadil Japelj in the 20th minute of play forced Velike Lašče's goalkeeper Egidio Vidrgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ćazim Gaberšek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Anžej Aćimović made a huge save. Egidio Vidrgar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elio Suljkanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Elio Suljkanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 minutes, Zoran Štrukelj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Velike Lašče and the Semič players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Velike Lašče was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoran Štrukelj to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elio Suljkanović in the 34th minute of play forced Velike Lašče's goalkeeper Egidio Vidrgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elio Suljkanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidio Vidrgar having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Elio Suljkanović made a precise shot to the right of Egidio Vidrgar. Velike Lašče's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Elio Suljkanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elio Suljkanović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Egidio Vidrgar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Elio Suljkanović made the kick off in the second half. Fadil Japelj in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Egidio Vidrgar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Velike Lašče's Egidio Vidrgar got control of the ball when Fadil Japelj tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egidio Vidrgar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elio Suljkanović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 57 minutes, Miroslav Juhant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Semič's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miroslav Juhant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Elio Suljkanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fadil Japelj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Egidio Vidrgar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Velike Lašče's Leander Jamšek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anžej Aćimović narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miroslav Juhant got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Miroslav Juhant hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Egidio Vidrgar made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Fadil Japelj sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute Elio Suljkanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egidio Vidrgar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fadil Japelj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidio Vidrgar having to interfere. If Leander Jamšek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fadil Japelj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Kursar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elio Suljkanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Semič failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
