Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cene Grm made the kick off which started today's match. Domžale's Nedžat Puhar got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domžale's Teofil Gorenjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cene Grm in the 12th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Ladko Kisovec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vid Trampuš was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Egidij Luskar fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Domžale's protests and gave Egidij Luskar a yellow card for diving instead. Egidij Luskar hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Radoš Karničar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Miloja Jovanović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domžale's Teofil Gorenjak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Domžale from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the match, Domžale's goal looked a bit too open when Cene Grm came free, but Teofil Gorenjak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Cene Grm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofil Gorenjak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cene Grm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Domžale's Mate Judnič got a free kick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nedžat Puhar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domžale's Teofil Gorenjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nenad Kajzer in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Nenad Kajzer made a precise shot to the right of Teofil Gorenjak. Domžale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Nedžat Puhar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vid Trampuš having to interfere. Domžale's Teofil Gorenjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cene Grm in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Nedžat Puhar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vid Trampuš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radoš Karničar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Nedžat Puhar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vid Trampuš, passed just outside the right post. Miloja Jovanović kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Domžale booed when Zavrč FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cene Grm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vid Trampuš stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nedžat Puhar's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Nenad Kajzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Teofil Gorenjak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zavrč FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Domžale had controlled the match.
