The supporters of Majšperk ND booed when Brežice NK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armin Leban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armin Leban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikolaj Škrajnar having to make a save. If Levin Jamnikar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Majšperk ND's zone, Armin Leban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikolaj Škrajnar came out of the goal and Armin Leban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matey Mally in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikolaj Škrajnar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 28 minutes into the match, Majšperk ND's goal looked a bit too open when Matey Mally came free, but Nikolaj Škrajnar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miroslav Zaviršek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Matjaž Jemeršić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armin Leban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. In the 46th minute, Miroslav Zaviršek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Majšperk ND's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brežice NK the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Bekir Podpečan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Majšperk ND's zone, Henrik Bolha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikolaj Škrajnar came out of the goal and Henrik Bolha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Voranc Švab struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Matjaž Jemeršić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Majšperk ND. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Leban in the 76th minute of play forced Majšperk ND's goalkeeper Nikolaj Škrajnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Voranc Švab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th match minute, Majšperk ND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hektor Kuster to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute Brežice NK were awarded a corner. Pavao Milovac went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Leban in the 85th minute of play forced Majšperk ND's goalkeeper Nikolaj Škrajnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Majšperk ND got a freekick which was hit by Hektor Kuster. Armin Leban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. With his leg Matjaž Jemeršić managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Majšperk ND's Miroslav Zaviršek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Brežice NK's Matjaž Jemeršić got control of the ball when Miroslav Zaviršek tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Brežice NK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Majšperk ND's performance. The match ended with a win for Majšperk ND.
