Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dalibor Škala made the kick off which started today's match. Žika Pikelj took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Osterman. Henrik Osterman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Medard Štefančič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Božo Krejačič having to interfere. Baldomir Jesenšek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Osterman having to interfere. Greenhorns's Henrik Osterman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalibor Škala in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Baldomir Jesenšek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Osterman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalibor Škala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Greenhorns's Henrik Osterman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksimilijan Šoln in the 24th minute of play. Henrik Osterman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomir Jesenšek in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Medard Štefančič got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergej Zdešar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Medard Štefančič came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Greenhorns fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Medard Štefančič couldn't finish the play. After 43 played minutes Šentjur pri Celju ND got a freekick which was hit by Žika Pikelj. After recieving a nice pass, Greenhorns's Leonid Gregl tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Medard Štefančič to strike the kick off in the second half. Božo Krejačič showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Medard Štefančič, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Baldomir Jesenšek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Božo Krejačič took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medard Štefančič, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sergej Zdešar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Medard Štefančič in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Božo Krejačič saved Šentjur pri Celju ND from getting behind. If Sergej Zdešar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Šentjur pri Celju ND getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Žika Pikelj hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Leonid Gregl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Šentjur pri Celju ND's Božo Krejačič didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Šentjur pri Celju ND's zone, Sergej Zdešar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Božo Krejačič came out of the goal and Sergej Zdešar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Božo Krejačič made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medard Štefančič in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Medard Štefančič got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Greenhorns were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
