Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teodor Prevoršek started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Odranci's Davide Šmon got a free kick in the 6th minute. Meti Slokar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Vinica FC booed when Odranci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Brezovnik didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Meti Slokar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mile Demec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Aris Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erol Pregl kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meti Slokar in the 21st minute of play forced Odranci's goalkeeper Vito Juršič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Polde Ozimek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vinica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Polde Ozimek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 25 played minutes Odranci got a freekick which was hit by Remo Brezovnik. Teodor Prevoršek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aris Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Polde Ozimek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aris Marko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Prevoršek in the 40th minute of play. Aris Marko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodor Prevoršek's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Polde Ozimek scored 1-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vito Juršič, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Meti Slokar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mile Demec got free with Aris Marko in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mile Demec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Aris Marko made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodor Prevoršek in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aris Marko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Odranci getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Miomir Kordiš hit a great ball. Odranci's Teodor Prevoršek got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Vinica FC's zone, Teodor Prevoršek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aris Marko came out of the goal and Teodor Prevoršek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Teodor Prevoršek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aris Marko was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After 82 played minutes Vinica FC got a freekick which was hit by Stevo Trontelj. In the 84thth minute of the game Teodor Prevoršek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vinica FC's Aris Marko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aris Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodor Prevoršek, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Aris Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Prevoršek in the 95th minute of the match. Odranci were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
