Petko Hrovat started the match with the kick off. Patrick Mazić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Bernard having to interfere. Paulo Arenchen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Bernard having to interfere. Albin Bernard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Mazić, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Petko Hrovat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosius Söhnlein having to interfere. Albin Bernard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Arenchen in the 16th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siniša Hostar during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rogatec ND getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Slovenko Prošić hit a great ball. Nilachala Pinter's late challenge caught a Rogatec ND's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilachala Pinter helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Črna MNK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Albin Bernard, was totally fooled by Rogatec ND's Edin Frelih, who 24 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 29 minutes into the game, Rogatec ND's Paulo Arenchen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albin Bernard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Živojin Jaklin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Mirko Merčon scored 2-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosius Söhnlein, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albin Bernard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Mazić in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrick Mazić to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Paulo Arenchen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Črna MNK's zone, Patrick Mazić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albin Bernard came out of the goal and Patrick Mazić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Rogatec ND's Patrick Mazić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albin Bernard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute Paulo Arenchen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Bernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Ambrosius Söhnlein managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Črna MNK's Ernad Murković fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ambrosius Söhnlein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirko Merčon, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Albin Bernard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Arenchen in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Paulo Arenchen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Albin Bernard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ambrosius Söhnlein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petko Hrovat in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Siniša Hostar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ambrosius Söhnlein, 3-2. Patrick Mazić charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrick Mazić the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patrick Mazić hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Črna MNK's Mirko Merčon got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ambrosius Söhnlein was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Mirko Merčon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mirko Merčon really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Albin Bernard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Mazić, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Paulo Arenchen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albin Bernard having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Paulo Arenchen notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Črna MNK's Albin Bernard. Albin Bernard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogatec ND's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
