In the 6th minute Boyan Krašovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasib Stadler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Kranjska gora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasan Odar to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 12 in the game by Marino Venek from a close distance when the talented Hasib Stadler managed to make a qualified save. Kranjska gora FC's players were relieved. Marino Venek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Hasib Stadler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyan Krašovic in the 15th minute of play forced Kranjska gora FC's goalkeeper Hasib Stadler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ajdin Pepelnik in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lojze Završan saved Hrpelje-Kozina from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Desan Begić during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hrpelje-Kozina's Desan Begić got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ajdin Pepelnik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lojze Završan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kranjska gora FC's Ajdin Pepelnik got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Kranjska gora FC got a freekick which was hit by Vanja Cerkovnik. Marino Venek struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Hasib Stadler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hrpelje-Kozina. If Boyan Krašovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boyan Krašovic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marino Venek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Hasib Stadler made a huge save. Lojze Završan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ajdin Pepelnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pavao Brvar made a kick off. If Pavao Brvar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boyan Krašovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasib Stadler having to interfere. The Hrpelje-Kozina fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Hrpelje-Kozina's Marino Venek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lojze Završan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavao Brvar in the 66th minute of play. Ajdin Pepelnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lojze Završan having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Henrik Šipelj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kranjska gora FC's Hasib Stadler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Šipelj in the 81st minute of play. After 83 played minutes, Hrpelje-Kozina's Juš Andrin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hasib Stadler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hrpelje-Kozina reached it. If Boyan Krašovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lojze Završan made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ajdin Pepelnik sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th match minute, Hrpelje-Kozina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mladen Pšenica to maneuver through the defense. Ajdin Pepelnik in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lojze Završan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kranjska gora FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hrpelje-Kozina.
